SERVICES

Three ways to work together. One clear outcome.

Every engagement is different because every person is different. What stays constant is the standard of the work, the quality of the attention, and the commitment to producing something that genuinely lands.

Finding Your Voice

Finding Your Voice

For individuals and organisations who know what they mean but can't yet say it.

FORMAT: FIXED-TERM ENGAGEMENT
OUTPUT: EDITED MANUSCRIPT + WRITTEN REPORT
FOR: WRITERS WITH A COMPLETE OR NEAR-COMPLETE DRAFT

Most communication problems aren't problems of vocabulary or grammar. They're problems of clarity, about who you are, what you actually believe, and why it matters.

Finding Your Voice is the most flexible of the three services because the needs vary so widely. For individuals, it might be a founder who sounds different on paper than she does in person, or a leader who has stopped recognising herself in her own communication.

For organisations, it's strategic engagement: workshops, facilitated sessions, and written frameworks. The kind of deep listening that produces language that actually represents who an organisation is, not the version they hope people will believe.

The work is grounded in behavioural science. It's not about writing better sentences. It's about understanding what you're communicating, intentionally and unintentionally, and making a clear decision about both.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. From there, we shape the work together.

Creative Collaboration

Creative Collaboration

A thinking partner, over time.

FORMAT: FLEXIBLE — WORKSHOP, ONE-TO-ONE, OR PROJECT
OUTPUT: FLEXIBLE — SHAPED TO THE WORK
FOR: FOUNDERS, LEADERS, TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS

Some work cannot be contained within a fixed engagement. It needs a relationship — someone who knows where you started, understands where you are, and can see where you're trying to go.

Creative Collaboration is an ongoing partnership for people working on something important to them. A memoir. A business book. A body of work that matters and keeps not getting finished. I immerse myself in your thinking, your voice, and your material.

Depending on what the work needs, I might be reading and responding, asking the questions that move things forward, or drafting alongside you while you shape what emerges into something that sounds unmistakably like you.

This is with you and for you, in whatever proportion the work requires.

We meet regularly. We work on the material. Between sessions I'm available to read, respond, and think alongside you. I deliberately limit the number of Creative Collaboration clients to ensure I can give you and your writing the time it deserves.

If you need a serious thinking partner for the duration, this is for you. Available on a monthly retainer or quarterly subscription.

Book Surgery

Book Surgery

Your manuscript, made whole.

FORMAT: FIXED-TERM ENGAGEMENT
OUTPUT: EDITED MANUSCRIPT + WRITTEN REPORT
FOR: WRITERS WITH A COMPLETE OR NEAR-COMPLETE DRAFT

You've written something. You know it isn't quite right. You may not yet know why. That is exactly where we begin.

Book Surgery is a fixed-engagement service for writers who have a manuscript that needs serious attention. Not a light edit. Not proofreading. A proper diagnostic. The kind that gets underneath the manuscript to what the book is really trying to be, and what's standing in the way of it becoming that. In the writing and, often, in the writer.

We begin with a deep read. Then we talk. The kind of conversation that goes into the work, not around it. You receive a written report that identifies the structural, tonal, and narrative issues, along with clear recommendations on how to address them.

The revision that follows is yours to do. But you won't do it alone. I'm available throughout to answer questions, read new drafts, and hold the thread of what the book is becoming.

I've worked on memoirs, business books, fiction and personal essays. The work adapts to what's in front of us, not the other way around.

Not sure which service is right for you?

Most conversations start with someone telling me what they think they need. We usually discover together that it's something else entirely. That's fine. That's where the most interesting work begins.

Get in touch and we can talk about where you are.
