Hi! I'm Bec. I love working with people who have something they've been wanting to write or say for years but haven't managed to yet. I read closely and listen carefully, asking the questions that keep going until something true surfaces, and then tell you exactly what's happening and what to do about it.

My clients are individuals carrying unwritten books and founders and leaders whose communication has stopped sounding like them. The work is always about writing and voice. Together, we'll find the words that were there all along, underneath the hesitation. I'm also a writer completing my memoir and starting my first novel. I know what it costs to leave the important thing unsaid.

What we do together - three ways in
For founders and leaders who know what they mean but aren't saying it in a way that lands. It may be a skill gap or confidence in what and how your writing. We'll work on both and, together, will find the gap between what you're communicating and what you intend to. Then we'll close it.
You have lots of ideas about what you want to write. To get the words flowing though, you need more than a skilled reader. It's about confidence and accountability. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding and keep asking until something true surfaces. Then we will hold the work to what it's actually capable of.
You might have numerous drafts and something just isn't working. It can be hard to know how or why you're stuck. I'll read your work closely, then work with you to help understand what's happening and what to do about it. You'll leave with a clear diagnosis and a way forward.
